Dave Reichert
Head of Operations and Finance
Dave Reichert joined GenXFinancial in 2021 after 12 years at Boston Partners Financial Group, most recently serving as the firm’s Chief Operating Officer. As Head of Operations and Finance with GenX, Dave’s primary roles are to enhance operational efficiency and ensure that the firm remains on a strong, fiscal foundation.
In his previous roles at Boston Partners, Dave was responsible for overseeing numerous facets of the firm’s operation. This included collaborating with the firm’s affiliated Advisors on designing and implementing solutions for their clients and partnering with the firm’s support team to deliver valuable back-office support in the areas of Supervision, Underwriting, and Business Coaching.
Dave lives in Reading, Massachusetts with his wife Lauren and dog Johnny. Dave loves to golf, travel, cook and spend time with family and friends, especially over a great bottle of wine.
