Kiley Hard
Director of Operations
Kiley joined GenXFinancial in 2018 and is the Director of Operations. He began his financial services career in 2007 with John Hancock working in a variety of positions within client services, control, brokerage operations, and principal review. Kiley supports many areas including back office operations, service escalations, account transitions, and has a focus on process improvements.
Kiley holds a Master of Business Administration degree and is Series 7, 24, 66 registered. He lives in Hampton, NH with his lovely wife, Erin, and their two labs, Bruschi and Rigsbee. They enjoy spending time outdoors anywhere from the Seacoast to the Mountains.
