Melissa Wiggins

Director of Client Experience

Melissa started her career with Innovative Financial Group in 2014. As the Director of Client Experience, Melissa is responsible for ensuring clients of MyRemoteFA® receive the highest level of support and service that they deserve, which includes helping clients with various requests, managing client engagement through multiple channels, and delivering a consistent client onboarding experience. 

Melissa is a native of Nashville currently residing in Mt Juliet, TN with her husband Dustin, two daughters, Kylie, Kinsley and their pit mix Gnash. In Melissa’s free time she enjoys being outdoors and watching her daughters on the softball field.
