Noot Kacinskas
Director of Finance
Noot Kacinskas has supported financial advisors and their firms for over 13 years. Prior to joining GenX, she was the Director of Operations of a financial firm in Southern California. Noot is responsible for payroll, HR and vendor management for GenX. Her previous experience provides comprehensive insight on how to effectively stream-line operational business practices. She also edits content for the SellMyFinancialPractice platform and processes payments based on the terms of individual succession planning agreements.
Noot lives in Aliso Viejo, California with her husband Kevin and two children, Hunter and Lola. They like to hike to the nearby creek, spend time with family and friends, and spend the majority of their days at the beach.
